3. Submission of Information

While we welcome the submission of investment opportunities, the receipt of an Offering Memorandum (OM) or project details does not constitute a partnership, joint venture, or agreement to purchase. BricMore maintains total discretion over the underwriting process and asset selection.

4. No Investment Advice

The information provided on this platform is for institutional branding and informational purposes only. It does not constitute financial, legal, or investment advice. All potential partners are encouraged to conduct their own independent due diligence.

5. Confidentiality & Non-Disclosure

BricMore is committed to protecting the integrity of off-market deal flow. Any data submitted through our "Acquisitions" portal is treated with institutional-grade confidentiality, though we recommend formal NDAs for highly sensitive proprietary data.
